The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Airport Minicabs Cobham. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

"Airport Minicabs Cobham," "we," or "us" denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a reservation with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Ensure adequate time for your journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-ins. Airport Minicabs Cobham will not be accountable for delays resulting from insufficient time allocation or if you are not ready for collection at the designated time.

2.2 Order a car suitable for all travelers and luggage. Airport Minicabs Cobham does not guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage. Children, irrespective of age, are considered single passengers.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be made during the booking process.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quote is based on the information provided by you. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Material changes to the itinerary may lead to quote adjustments.

3.2 A 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs are included. Any excess waiting time incurs standard Airport Minicabs Cobham waiting rates.

3.3 Review the booking confirmation promptly; any discrepancies not reported to Airport Minicabs Cobham absolve us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 You are responsible for passengers' behavior. Charges may apply for soiling, damaging, or negatively impacting the vehicle.

4.2 No eating, drinking, or smoking is allowed in the car.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 Passengers must not exceed the licensed or insured capacity.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Notify us promptly for cancellations. Late cancellations incur charges based on the driver's time and distance.

5.2 Online booking cancellations may incur charges before dispatch.

6. Liability

6.1 Airport Minicabs Cobham is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In case of a vehicle breakdown, we strive to provide an alternative promptly.

6.4 You shall not indemnify Airport Minicabs Cobham for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from your party's acts or omissions.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or other matters classified as unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds are provided for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Airport Minicabs Cobham may subcontract obligations. You may not assign or transfer obligations or rights without written agreement.

8.2 We may alter terms and conditions; please review regularly. Existing bookings adhere to rates effective at booking.

8.3 Information processing follows Data Protection Act guidelines.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Airport Minicabs Cobham and yourself.

8.5 No third party holds rights under this agreement unless agreed in writing.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims made after this period will not be entertained by Airport Minicabs Cobham.
